Important Notice

We kindly request all clients to review our terms and conditions before confirming a service. By booking a service with Wizards Group, you automatically agree to our terms of service. By agreeing to these terms, no additional documentation is required unless explicitly requested by Wizards Group. Your cooperation helps facilitate a smooth and transparent process for both parties involved.

Wizards Group - Terms of Service Contract

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Wizards Group (ABN 54 680 483 087) and the customer (Customer or you) about any goods and/or services to be provided to the Customer by Wizards Group.

The Customer is taken to have accepted and be bound by these terms if they instruct Wizards Group to provide any goods and/or services, accept such goods or services or accept these terms in any other manner recognised by law. These terms may only be amended by written agreement between the parties. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that these terms and conditions shall be read together with any quote in relation to goods and/or services that may have been provided by Wizards Group to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that Wizards Group may, in its entire discretion, assign or license any part of its rights and obligations in terms of this agreement. The Customer may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations in terms of this agreement without the prior written consent of Wizards Group.

SCOPE OF WORKS FOR WINDOW CLEANING

1a. By agreeing to a service, the client acknowledges that perfect results are not guaranteed. Glass is a porous material that can be irreversibly stained if not cleaned regularly. Results may vary due to lack of past cleaning, hard water staining and oxidation. We have no control over this and therefore do not offer refunds based on varied results.
1b. Wizards Group must be informed by the Customer of any coated, designer glass or tint which requires special cleaning methods as requested by the manufacturer other than the use of pure water, mild detergents, squeegees, abrasive pads and scrapers. Wizards Group is not liable for any damage caused by not being informed of special cleaning methods.
1c. Glass that has been scratched by prior cleaning attempts or mishandling during installation can sometimes become apparent once a dirty window has been professionally cleaned. Wizards Group is not liable for any scratches. Customer is aware and accepts that all equipment and techniques used by Wizards Group will not scratch glass.
1d. Removal of glass stains and post-construction debris (such as paint, mortar, silicone etc) is not included in a general window clean. The client must mention it prior to quoting so additional time and cost can be factored in.
1e. If the condition of the site worsens between the time of the quote and acceptance, or if unexpected factors are present (e.g., excessive dirt/debris, metal louvres, sunshades, renovations, accessibility issues), additional charges may apply and we reserve the right to amend our quote.
1f. Window cleaning quotes are for standard maintenance cleans, including flyscreen removal, cleaning the glass and wiping frames. Track cleaning, reveals, post-build debris, calcium or hard water stains, and graffiti removal are excluded unless otherwise quoted.
1g. Windows that are blocked due to furniture, filing cabinets, boxes, equipment etc. will not be cleaned unless we are provided reasonable access.
1h. Wizards Group may use pure water reach and wash systems, where windows are washed and left to dry naturally.
1i. If roller blinds are installed too close to glass, making flyscreen removal impossible, we won't attempt to remove the blinds. The homeowner or a handyman must do so prior.

SCOPE OF WORKS FOR SOLAR PANEL CLEANING

2a. Solar panels are cleaned using soft washing or deionised water. Results may vary due to age, oxidation, or environmental exposure.
2b. The client must ensure the solar system is weatherproof and safe to clean, including all electrical components and inverters.
2c. Wizards Group is not liable for pre-existing faults or damage that becomes apparent post-cleaning.

SCOPE OF WORKS FOR PRESSURE/SOFT WASHING

4a. Some stains (e.g., tree sap, rust, fungus, paint) cannot be removed by pressure washing. Porous surfaces such as concrete, pavers, tiles, bricks, etc., may remain stained. No guarantees are offered on stain removal.
4b. Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is weatherproof. Wizards Group is not liable for water ingress from poor installation or deteriorated materials.
4c. Concrete appearance may vary post-cleaning. Stains may have hidden surface damage or inconsistencies.
4d. Use of onsite water is assumed and included. If unavailable, additional charges may apply. A call-out fee applies if water is inaccessible.
4e. Clients must keep all people and pets clear of the work area and treated surfaces for at least 24 hours post-service.
4f. Furniture, planters, cars, etc., must be moved prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for damage or storage if we must move them.
4g. While our technicians are trained, damage may still occur due to poor maintenance or fragile materials. Clients accept these risks and must address any concerns before service.
4h. Wizards Group is not liable for issues caused by poor materials or installation (e.g., loose gutters, bad caulking, oxidised surfaces).
4i. Window cleaning is not included with pressure washing unless specified. Water spotting may occur.
4j. Pre-existing blemishes or flaws may become more visible after cleaning.
4k. Clients release Wizards Group from liability for injuries due to equipment placement.
4l. Clients are encouraged to shut off power to outdoor outlets and fixtures. We are not liable for damage from uncovered or faulty electrical fittings.
4m. Wizards Group is not responsible for fogging of double-glazed windows with faulty seals.
4n. Clients must notify us of surfaces that cannot tolerate detergents. We are not liable if not informed.

COMPLAINTS

5a. A complaint regarding the quality of work must be made within 3 business days of service completion. Photos must be provided.
5b. Wizards Group will assess and resolve valid issues at a mutually agreed time.
5c. Complaints must be legitimate and clearly visible.
5d. Completion dates may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as weather, builder delays, or force majeure.
5e. Our arrival time is an estimate. We aim to arrive within a 2-hour window and will notify you of any significant delays.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGE RESOLUTION

6a. In the event of accidental damage, Wizards Group must be given the opportunity to assess and carry out repairs before an insurance claim is pursued. Refusal of this right limits our liability to the cost of professional repair.
6b. Wizards Group's liability is capped at the total value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profits, or consequential damage.
6c. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the service site is safe and accessible.
6d. The Customer must provide unencumbered access to all areas requiring service.
6e. By accepting service, you grant Wizards Group permission to use images, quotes, or reviews of the property or service for marketing purposes.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

7a. Wizards Group offers a 7-day rain guarantee. If glass is visibly dirtied by rain within 7 days of a window clean, contact us with photos and we will return for a free touch-up.
7b. Rain does not negatively affect cleaned glass. Heavy rain typically dries spot-free. Services will proceed unless it is unsafe.

CANCELLATIONS

8a. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $50 fee or 10% of the job value (whichever is greater).
8b. Bookings over $2,000 require a 20% deposit. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations.
8c. Further bookings will not be accepted until the cancellation fee is paid.

PAYMENT

9a. Payment is due within 24 hours of job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9b. Late payment may result in additional fees. All costs associated with recovering overdue payments will be charged to the client.

PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

10a. Wizards Group collects customer data (e.g., name, contact, address) for communication, scheduling, and marketing.
10b. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

By booking a service, the Client agrees that all specifications and terms above are satisfactory and accepted. You authorise Wizards Group to perform the quoted services and acknowledge these Terms of Service.
